Quantity Surveyor

A north London based consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience, preferably with experience of working on residential (high end), commercial, or hotel projects.

Working under the direction of the Partners, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved across an array of projects up to £25/£30m across the UK, with the majority of work in London.

The Partners are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is interested in becoming MRICS and would benefit from their inhouse training and support system.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

• Degree qualified
• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Commercial, residential, or hotel project exposure
• pre and post contract experience
• Eager to achieve MRICS
• Able to get to North London
