Quantity Surveyor

A professional and self motivated Quantity Surveyor is now required to join a young and growing Quantity Surveying practice in the heart of Leeds.

The Quantity Surveyor will be providing quality pre & post contract duties on their own projects, taking full control from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure into High End residential, Commercial and Leisure projects.

The Company

The company have been operating for 20 years now, with their Quantity Surveyors providing consultative services on diverse projects ranging from multi milllion pound homes, schools, commercial buildings, hotels and data centres.

With projects ranging from £500K - £30M, the PQS practice ensure they are fully involved in small to large sized projects, supporting clients from a large portfolio.

Training and development of their employees is at the forefront of their company future.

The Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying Director would ideally like to see the following;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Pre & Post contract experience
• Experience with a Consultancy / PQS
• Client facing
• Ambitious
• Hands on
• MRICS is preferred, but not essential
• Understanding of JCT and NEC3 forms of contract
