Quantity Surveyor

A thriving and in demand multi-disciplinary practice are seeking a Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background to join their diverse and highly talented Quantity Surveying team in Nottingham.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in a mixture of projects including a £50m+ Hotel project where you will be responsible for both pre and post contract services. Additionally a £27M Residential scheme which is already at post contract stage.

Cost Planning, Measurements, BOQs will be expected, including the handling from a final accounts and variations point of view also.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Working towards MRICS
