Quantity Surveyor

The largest non-national decorating company in the UK are looking to add a talented, motivated Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic Essex office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary company with three specialist arms including Painting & Decorating, Landscaping and Fire Protection with over 60 live contracts and exciting plans for expansion.

The role comes with incredible opportunity for progression, working closely alongside the Commercial Manager and Director.

The Quantity Surveyor

This role will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor eager to work alongside Directors and prove their abilities to progress long term. Projects are located in London, Essex, and the Home Counties. The role is office based but will require occasional site visits.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience with Painting contractors or Internal Trades with a subcontractor
• A HNC or higher qualification
• A valid driving license
