Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, hard working, Cost Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a consultancy that has continued to strengthen and win work throughout the last 18 months and find themselves in a position of stability and continued growth.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, taking responsibility for day to day, pre and post contract roles.

In respect of projects, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a £60m mixed use scheme in the West End, which includes 5 star hotels, luxury residential and retail. There is also a £15m commercial office development to get involved in.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a RICS accredited degree
• Good pre & post contract knowledge
• Able to run projects with minimal supervision
• Able to work independently, with direction from an Associate
