Quantity Surveyor

A client facing Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a reliable and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join a small team of solid and ambitious quantity surveyors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a London based practice who punch well above their weight within the commercial and residential sectors, working on large Cat A and fit out projects, plus High End Residential schemes, all up to £20m.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to hit the ground running, delivering pre and post contract services on labs, office, and residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Degree qualified - MRICS or working towards
• Experience of managing your own projects
• Inception to completion experience
• Residential or commercial project experience
• Client facing / Excellent communication skills
