Quantity Surveyor

A small, family run Main Contractor are looking to add a talented, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to their Dagenham office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside the Commercial Director on new build and refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

The company has a strong pipeline of projects including 3x new build schemes circa £3m and smaller refurbishment schemes circa £1m.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on projects from start to finish
• New build and refurbishment experience is ideal

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £40,000 - £50,000
