• Appliance fixes / installations
• Troubleshooting emergencies
• Painting and decorating
• Basic plumbing / heating / electrical / tiling works

The Property Maintenance Operative

The successful Property Maintenance Operative will be able to demonstrate the skills above as well as having the following -

• Plumbing / Electrical / Heating/ Appliance/ tiling experience
• Strong time management, highly organized and able to prioritise your own workload
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Experience of working to a very high specification
• Attention to detail
• Basic IT skills / email / mobile tech
