Project Quantity Surveyor

A modern, pioneering Cost Management consultancy are seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid progression to a Senior role to join their Birmingham office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will report to an Associate, but will ultimately be responsible for being involved in all stages of the projects, pre and post contract, including:

• Early cost planning
• Value engineering
• Procuring work
• Final accounts

Project wise, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a preferred sector, picking from a selection including Commercial, Residential, Fit Out, Data Centres, and Hotel.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or committed to achieving
• Quantity Surveying degree qualification
• PQS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Strong pre and post cost contract experience
