Project Quantity Surveyor

A proactive, problem solving Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong market share of the high end residential sector, are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based from their London office which holds circa 15 Quantity Surveyors, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will predominantly deliver and work on luxury high end residential projects within the private sector.

The Project Quantity Surveyor shall be involved throughout the whole project life cycle, from inception to completion, and will lead the projects with Associate and Director level support.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience working within a QS consultancy / cost management practice
• Pre and post contract experience
• Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
• Professional, client facing character
• Able to act independently on projects
