Project Quantity Surveyor

An innovative Quantity Surveying consultancy which has consistently grown over the past 10 years, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London office, just south of the river.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Project Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate Quantity Surveyor on high end residential, mixed use, and commercial fit out projects across London and the Southeast.

Alongside the above, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will be given their own projects to lead and work on from feasibility through to handover.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• If not MRICS, completed a RICS accredited degree
• Residential or Commercial sector experience
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Cost consultancy / Cost Management work experience
• Professional and client facing.
