Project Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an independent, commercially minded Project Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized super prime, high-end Consultancy in Fulham.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on high-end residential & commercial new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects in Central London up to £10m.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside the companies Director, with endless support and guidance, with the hopes of building a team and eventually progressing to a more senior role.

The company have impressive plans for growth over the coming years and are going from strength to strength. This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Project QS, capable of running 1-3 projects, with progression to Commercial Manager.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

This role would suit a confident, client facing Quantity Surveyor eager to join a friendly, dynamic, thriving Consultancy.

Though the role requires a certain level of independence, the Director has created a fantastic working environment, offers great support, and is keen to help a hardworking individual reach their full potential.

Experience:

• Experience working with a Consultancy or Main Contractor
• A successful track record independently running projects
• Experience working on high-end residential projects is ideal
