Project Quantity Surveyor

An innovative and expanding, project and cost consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with experience or an interest of working on hotel projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based from the practice's London Bridge office, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a fast-paced Quantity Surveying practice who have seen significant growth over the past few years.

Working on luxury hotel and residential schemes, the Project Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor providing a full cost management service.

An excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveying seeking to join one the UK's largest hotel divisions and progress within a modern, expansive, and leading chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Degree qualified and either MRICS, or working towards
• Experience of acting as a QS on hotel project, or an interest in doing so
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
• Excellent communication skills
• A track record of running your own projects
