Project Quantity Surveyor

A Construction Consultancy practice going through a period of growth are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their professional, client facing Quantity Surveying team in London.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working under a Director, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor shall predominantly work on high end residential projects, as well as a mix of education and commercial schemes.

In terms of responsibility, the Project Quantity Surveyor will cover quantity surveying and employers agent duties in a client facing capacity and be comfortable handling meetings.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Well rounded Quantity Surveying experience
• UK cost management / cost consultancy experience
• Experience of working on projects from inception to completion
• Employers Agent experience is a bonus, but not necessary
