The Role:

The appointed Project Manager will take the helm of a high-value residential project, orchestrating all phases of development to ensure the delivery of a residence that sets new standards in luxury and design.

• Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycles; coordinate with architects, designers, and craftsmen; maintain strict budget and schedule adherence; and guarantee the highest standards of quality and luxury.
• Requirements: Extensive experience in high-end residential sector; adept at managing complex projects; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; and a passion for luxury and design.
