The Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will lead from the front in the execution of several complex and high-value Residential projects. As a pivotal figure, you'll manage every phase of project delivery, from the initial blueprint to the final touches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of excellence.

The Project Manager

• Project Oversight: Direct and oversee project development from start to finish.
• Strategic Planning: Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables together with senior management and stakeholders.
• Progress Monitoring: Develop and present detailed progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Risk Management: Actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and prepare contingency plans.
• Team Leadership: Motivate, lead, and coach project team members and contractors, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.

The Ideal Project Manager

• Proven experience in Project Management within a Main Contractor environment.
• A robust track record of managing high-end Resi projects.
• Strong construction-related academic and professional qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-facing demeanor.
