Project Manager - Luxury Hotel Fit Out

An experience and dynamic Project Manager is needed to support a main contractor in delivering luxury hotel fit out projects across the UK.

The Project manager will be joining this award-winning main contractor during a time of expansion and development.

The Company

The successful Project Manager will join an established company that has supplied luxury interior fitouts, refurbishments, and construction services to a wide range of high value clients for more than 30 years.

This main contractor has gained a reputation for outstanding delivery, high standards of work and always exceeding client expectations within the industry.

The Project Manager Role

  • Reporting to Contracts Director
  • Programming and Planning
  • Project process reporting
  • Monitor level of work in progress and materials on site
  • Supporting on all H&S activity
  • Ensure all materials used comply with the specification and best practice
  • Monitor and inspect the works and ensure high quality standards
  • Manage activity on all fit-out projects
  • Chair project review meetings

The Project Manager - Requirements

  • Project Management Experience
  • Luxury Hotel Fit Out Experience is essential
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • Scaffold appreciation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Construction on-site background
