Project Manager - Luxury Hotel Fit Out
An experience and dynamic Project Manager is needed to support a main contractor in delivering luxury hotel fit out projects across the UK.
The Project manager will be joining this award-winning main contractor during a time of expansion and development.
The Company
The successful Project Manager will join an established company that has supplied luxury interior fitouts, refurbishments, and construction services to a wide range of high value clients for more than 30 years.
This main contractor has gained a reputation for outstanding delivery, high standards of work and always exceeding client expectations within the industry.
The Project Manager Role
- Reporting to Contracts Director
- Programming and Planning
- Project process reporting
- Monitor level of work in progress and materials on site
- Supporting on all H&S activity
- Ensure all materials used comply with the specification and best practice
- Monitor and inspect the works and ensure high quality standards
- Manage activity on all fit-out projects
- Chair project review meetings
The Project Manager - Requirements
- Project Management Experience
- Luxury Hotel Fit Out Experience is essential
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Scaffold appreciation
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Construction on-site background
