A growing main contractor is seeking a career driven and experienced Project Manager to deliver high quality Commercial fit out projects in Central London.

The successful Project Manager will be joining an expanding company that specialises in high end Commercial fit out with project values ranging from £150K to £850K.

Their dedicated team is friendly, enthusiastic, highly skilled and solution driven with a keen eye for detail and high quality. The company delivers successful projects on time and on budget whilst maintaining the highest professional standards in craftsmanship.

The Project Manager Role

• Reporting to Contracts Director
• Running the project from start to finish
• Programming and Planning
• Reporting project progression
• Responsible for Health and Safety
• Liaising with Clients and their agents
• Recruiting sub-contractors
• Managing costs and working budgets
• Chair project review meetings

The Project Manager - Requirements

• Project Management experience
• 2+ years High End Commercial fit out experience
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Great communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
