A long standing, well-established, medium sized High End Residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Project Manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off new builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, London and the home counties.

The company has 2 years + pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in London and will also be expected to visit sites 2 / 3 times a week - the majority of sites are London based. For the other 2/3 days of the week you will either be office based in London or are able to work from home.

Projects range from £1 - £20+ million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments and new builds.

You will be taking projects from Pre - construction to handover whilst working in some of Londons most prestigious areas.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience £1 Million + budgets
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills - Dropbox's etc
• A valid driving licence
• Construction background

In return

• £65,000 - £75,000
