Construction Administrator Birmingham
Proactive project administrator required to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Birmingham office.

The successful administrator will join a professional and supportive consultancy that have a strong presence within the social building sector.
Job Responsibilities of the Construction Administrator
- Data entry and updating spreadsheets
- Collating reports and presentations
- Managing emails
- Diary management
- PA support
- Liaising with different teams within the organisation
- Being point of contact for clients and contractors
- Efficient communication skills essential
- Arranging meeting rooms and travel
- Distributing information via email and paper copies where necessary
- Updating clients
- Electronic filing and management
- Tender support - coordination and preparation
- Minute taking
- Invoices
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge essential
