Proactive project administrator required to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Birmingham office.

Job Responsibilities of the Construction Administrator

  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Collating reports and presentations
  • Managing emails
  • Diary management
  • PA support
  • Liaising with different teams within the organisation
  • Being point of contact for clients and contractors
  • Efficient communication skills essential
  • Arranging meeting rooms and travel
  • Distributing information via email and paper copies where necessary
  • Updating clients
  • Electronic filing and management
  • Tender support - coordination and preparation
  • Minute taking
  • Invoices
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge essential
