Principal Designer / CDM Consultant

A leading CDM and Construction Health and Safety consultancy based near Oxford, are looking to add a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to their ever-growing team

With some exciting projects in progress and more on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to join an industry leading consultancy and vibrant busy team to help provide a bespoke, professional H&S and CDM consultation service for the companies more prestigious clients.

The role of the CDM Advisor / Principal Designer

As the successful Health and Safety and CDM Advisor your duties will include:

• Delivering the Duties of Principal Designer
• Producing Pre-Construction Information
• Writing and Reviewing Design Risk Registers
• Attendance at Design Team Meetings

The Successful CDM Advisor / Principal Designer

The successful Health and Safety Advisor should hold the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate and have experience working within the regulations of CDM2015.

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate as bare minimum
• NCRQ or NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
• Membership of the Association of Projects Safety and IOSH Preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Health and Safety and CDM
• Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork and presentation skills
