Principal Designer / CDM Advisor

The Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be confident in his design advice and relay this to clients, which includes one of the biggest Architectural firms in the country. Managing a portfolio of 20+ projects, the Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will have a wide range of projects to work within.

NEBOSH National Certificate
Tech IOSHH Membership
APS Membership
Design/Technical degree (preferable)
Previous CDM / Principal Designer Real Estate or Construction Consultancy experience
