Principal Building Surveyor

There is a new and exclusive role with a Southwest London borough council who are seeking a Principal Building Surveyor to join their in house building consultancy team of 3.

The Principal Building Surveyor's Role

As the Principal Building Surveyor you'll work on a variety of schemes across the public sector, covering education, healthcare, housing and leisure.

The services you'll cover are across the full range of surveying instructions, both project and professional including;

Condition surveys and reports
Repair works
Contract administration
Design & specification

As Principal Surveyor, you'll line manage 3 individuals, 2 of which are part time and 1 full time.

The successful Principal Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation, Basic memebership, AssocRICS or MRICS
• Ideally council or public sector experience
• Condition survey and report experience is necessary
• Project, design and specficaition experience is necessary

In return?

• £60,000 - £70,000
• 31 days annual leave
• Pension contribution of 8.5%
• 1 day in the office, 4 days of full flexibility
