The Company

The successful Operation Field Manager will join during a period of growth for the company, who are working on a large scale eco scheme contract with a large well known main contractor.

The Role

The Operation Field Manager will manage multiple teams of installers across the London boroughs.

It is essential that you have experience in eco schemes and insulation.

As the operation field manager, you will be overseeing the eco schemes that include: heat pumps, double glazing, electronic heating installation and more.

Further requirements:

• Experience with installers
• Previous management experience
• Attention to detail
• Driving license
• Communication skills
• Ordering materials
• Ensuring works are done to the correct standard
• Ensuring technical delivery is accurate
