A growing building consultancy have an opportunity for a people facing Office Administrator based in Bristol.
The Office Administrator Role
The successful Office Administrator will be supporting the day-to-day smooth running and efficiencies, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms also compiling commercial building surveying reports.
Alongside completing the following duties -
- Office administration
- Arranging travel bookings
- Ordering office supplies
- Personal assistance support to Senior Directors
- Arranging office events
- Dead filing
- Answering reception telephone
- Keeping office clean and tidy
- Diary management
- Manage absences and holidays
- Completing any other reasonable tasks that may be required as part of the role to support the office/team.
The Office Administrator
- Must have office administration experience
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to office support needs
- Microsoft Programs knowledge and skills
- Reliable and presentable
