A diligent and proactive Administrator required to support small, modern construction consultancy based in the City of London.

The Administrator Responsibilities

The successful administrator will be required to support the surveyors and project managers with a range of administrative tasks, and must have a proficiency in Microsoft 365.

  • Incoming calls
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with reports
  • Tender assistance
  • Filing
  • Organising meetings
  • Health and Safety compliance in the office
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Assistance with bids
  • Diary management
  • Administrative support for surveyors
  • Adhoc admin duties
