Marketing Coordinator

On behalf of a bespoke, medium sized cost consultancy and award winning consultancy to work for are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join them and support their marketing and bid function.

The Marketing Coordinator Role

The successful Marketing Coordinator will join the Operations team, and work alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will enjoy a varied role including:

• Submitting tenders/bids
• Updating social media, and creating social media content
• Updating the website
• B2B presentations
• Capability statements
• FAQ's
• Maintaining CV database and updating CV's with relevant projects
• Image updates, tracking projects for completion, chasing, uploading images to image bank and image tagging and appropriate resizing for website
• Use of SharePoint to track and book industry events
• Getting social media content during industry events, and liaising with photographer
• Attend monthly marketing meetings
• Testimonials and updating documents and website
• Stay up to date with new starters and staff information
• Produce Market Updates and insight pieces
• Create Adverts
• Recruitment assistance, university days
• Appointment document tracking
