M&E Quantity Surveyor

A hybrid, specialist M&E construction consultancy are seeking a bright M&E Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy a varied workload.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join an inclusive, friendly London office which has around 20 members of staff across both Quantity Surveying and Planning.

On the Quantity Surveying side, the new M&E Quantity Surveyor will work closely with main contractors on an array of projects including prisons, commercial, mixed use developments, residential, and football stadiums.

Day to day duties will include:

• Estimating
• Cost planning
• Commercial management
• Attending site

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction/quantity surveying degree
• M&E / MEP Quantity Surveying experience
• PQS / Consultancy or Main Contractor QS work history
• Team player
• Driving licence and car
