M&E Quantity Surveyor

A sociable and ambitious Cost Management consultancy are seeking a client facing M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their independent, M&E Cost Management team in London.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20 who take projects from feasibility though to final accounts for blue chip and high profile projects across the UK and Europe.

Project wise, the M&E Quantity Surveyor will work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums, and corporate fit out schemes.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree and/or MRICS
• Good understanding of M&E systems and costs
• Pre and post contract experience
• From a PQS/Consultancy or Main Contractor
• 4+ years M&E Quantity Surveying experience
