A dynamic Main Contractor, known for their work in the refurbishment and fit-out space, is looking for a Junior Site Manager to join their thriving team in London

The Junior Site Manager Role

The successful Junior Site Manager will join an established but growing team who specialise in small fit-out projects. Project values range from £10k - £200k for Blue Chip Companies.

Although small, they tend to take on a high volume of projects, allowing a consistent flow of work on a variety of different schemes.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a Junior Site Manager eager to run their own manageable sized schemes in order to further their experience, offering fantastic exposure and development long term.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Maintain strict quality control procedures - ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and materials.
• Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report on project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Report directly to the senior manager on site

The Junior Site Manager

• Construction Related Qualification is extremely beneficial
• Experience as a Junior/Graduate Site Manager with a Main Contractor
• Refurb / Fit-Out knowledge or experience is an added bonus, not a deal breaker
• Ability to commute throughout parts of London for future projects
