The Junior Principal Designer role

As the Junior Principal Designer, you will become an essential member of a 10-strong team, contributing to a broad range of projects that enhance and shape the living and infrastructure standards of communities.

This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities that bridge creative design with health and safety principles, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception through to completion.

The Junior Principal Designer

• Demonstrable interest and initial experience in construction design and management, with a keen eye for health and safety in the design process.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development, with ambitions to progress within the field of Principal Design.
• Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Construction Management) is desirable. Additional qualifications or training in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) would be advantageous but not essential.
• Authorization to work in the UK and ability to travel to projects across the South East as needed.
