The Junior CDM Consultant

• A proven track record in a similar role within a construction or development consultancy.
• Demonstrable experience in the residential sector, particularly with new builds and refurbishments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for working closely with the Senior Principal Designer and other team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Forward-thinking, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the division.
