Junior CDM Advisor

A forward-thinking and dynamic construction consultancy, renowned for its dedication to excellence and innovative approach, is actively seeking a Junior CDM Advisor to enhance their Midlands team, operating primarily out of Wolverhampton.

With over two decades of industry presence, the Junior CDM Advisor will find themselves engaging in diverse sectors including Healthcare, Public, Residential, Retail, and more, with a particular emphasis on educational sites throughout the Midlands. Currently boasting a 20-strong CDM team, the company is on an expansion trajectory, aiming to grow the team to 25 members by the year's end in response to their increasing workload.

The ideal Junior CDM Advisor will be ambitious and driven, with a preferable background of 1 to 2 years in a similar capacity, though this is not a strict requirement.

Joining this consultancy represents a prime opportunity to be part of an expanding, influential player in the industry. This role offers the chance to contribute to the firm's growing influence and diversification across new market sectors.

The Junior CDM Advisor's Role

• Provide a CDM Advisor service to clients
• Provide advice to ensure the client complies with CDM Regulations 2015
• Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans
• Assist Senior members of the team
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

The Junior CDM Advisor

• NEBOSH certificate in Construction H&S
• IOSH membership and APS preferred
• Previous experience advising on CDM compliance is ideal
• Keen to learn and grow in the CDM industry
