Junior BIM Assisstant

Junior BIM Assistant required to assist a supportive, forward thinking and rapidly growing multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their London or Norwich office.

The Junior BIM Assistant Role

The Junior BIM Assistant will assist across a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, residential and more.

• Assist in developing BIM Models using Autodesk Revit
• Ensure BIM Models are accurately representing project requirements and design intent
• Quality checks on BIM models
• Ensure compliance with project standards
• Deliver BIM solutions for an array of sectors
• Coordinate with the architecture, engineering and other sectors to cross check models.
• Preparing and coordinating design and construction documents using BIM tools
• Adhere to established BIM standards
• Stay updated on industry trends
• Support project team members on BIM software
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM related issues
• Collaborate with project stakeholders

Further key skills

• Proficient in BIM software (Autodesk Revit AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience or internship is highly beneficial
