A successful, traditional engineering firm are now expanding their sustainability sector and require a proactive Junior Sustainability Specialist to join their Central London team.

The Company

The Junior Sustainability Specialist will join a well-established engineering consultancy, have a genuine positive feel, reflected in their low staff turnover and employee satisfaction. They are based in multiple UK locations, including London, Leeds and Kent.

The Role. / Sustainability Specialist

This role would suit a professional with a few years' experience post grad. Alternatively, with significant work experience.

Sustainability Specialist duties/Requirements:

• Building Performance Analysis
• Lifecycle assessment
• Energy modelling
• Relevant degree (Sustainability, Engineering, Energy, Building Physics)
• Site visits and assisting client meetings
• Advise on materials selection
• Use of software such as: IES-VE, Energy Plus, Energy Modelling etc.
• BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Passuiv Haus experience highly welcomed.
• Part L regulations
• Low Carbon Technologies
