The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy renowned for its 60-year history of excellence.

Over the past decade, the company has expanded significantly, growing from approximately 60 to over 180 professionals across six strategic offices nationwide.

A cornerstone of their success is their dedication to organic growth, particularly through their APC Academy, which has guided over 50 Graduate Surveyors to achieve RICS Chartered status.

The Quantity Surveying team also undertakes roles as Employers Agents on an array of exciting projects, including those in Education, Higher Education, Blue Light/Local Authority, Retail, Residential, and Healthcare sectors. This provides a fantastic platform for APC exposure and career development.

This role is perfect for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor seeking diverse project experience, exceptional support and training opportunities, and a pathway to long-term progression.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying work experience within a Consultancy
  • e. placement year, apprenticeship, internship, trainee etc
• Valid UK Driving license
• Confident, client facing and eager to progress
