The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Director of the Nottingham office is seeking a driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work across an array of projects from independent schools, private residential, commercial offices, hotel, and sport facilities - with a particular focus initially on Housing Association schemes.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be working with blue chip clients, on projects from inception to completion, whilst also receiving excellent opportunity for long term progression and development.

Significantly, the consultancy prides itself on its status as an RICS-approved training provider, offering a well-structured and renowned APC programme. The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will benefit from this exceptional training environment, demonstrated by the consultancy's impressive APC pass rates.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited field
• Work experience in a UK Consultancy (Internship, placement year, Trainee / AQS role etc)
• Housing Association experience is ideal
• Valid UK driving license
• Basic pre & post contract experience
