A close knit Property & Construction Consultancy in Liverpool, known for its supportive and family-feel atmosphere, is actively seeking a dynamic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their thriving team.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role

The role presents an exciting opportunity for an Graduate Quantity Surveyor to become part of a flourishing team of over 20, primarily focusing on the Residential sector.

This consultancy specialises in Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services, tackling diverse projects that span supported and affordable housing, with occasional ventures into Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors.

The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will benefit from unparalleled APC support, gaining insights from a group of MRICS Surveyors, peers currently engaged in the APC process, and direct mentorship from a Director who is also a RICS Assessor.

The consultancy places a high emphasis on professional growth and work-life balance, ensuring that team members work on local projects in Liverpool and enjoy ample opportunities for career advancement. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying / RICS Accredited degree
• Must Have: work experience within a consultancy (internship, placement year, apprenticeship experience etc)
• Residential sector or Employer's Agent experience
