Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A client-side organisation are seeking an intelligent Graduate Quantity Surveyor with an eagerness to learn and work towards chartership, as they expand their personable Quantity Surveying team in Surrey.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a RICS assessor and MRICS Quantity Surveyor across an array of unique and mouthwatering projects within the listed buildings / heritage sector, with projects from anywhere between £25,000 and £5m.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor shall be based out of the Surrey office, with travel to sites in London where you will have the opportunity to run small jobs whilst working closely with the contractors.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally worked within a PQS / QS Consultancy practice
• Passionate or interested in working on historical buildings
• Looking to achieve MRICS
• Able to commute around Surrey & London
• JCT knowledge would be useful
