Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A London Cost Consultancy with a diverse workload are seeking a bright Graduate Quantity Surveyor, with good measuring experience, to join their expanding office just south of the river, near London Bridge station.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will initially work within the bills of quantities team, using CostX to measure in the first instance.

Alongside this, the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be working on some interesting residential projects within the private sector, carrying out a traditional PQS role from inception through to completion.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 6+ months consultancy experience or a 12 month summer placement
• Basic quantity surveying knowledge
• Experience of measuring
• Eager to learn and develop
