The Graduate Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline, underpinning a strong academic background in the field.
• Approximately one year of relevant experience, ideally within a commercial consultancy environment, showcasing an initial understanding of professional building surveying practices.
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in building surveying, with a particular focus on commercial real estate.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, coupled with the drive to take initiative on individual tasks.
• A commitment to professional development, with a clear ambition to achieve MRICS status through the consultancy's structured APC support.
