Graduate Building Surveyor

An eager and professional Graduate Building Surveyor is now required to join the growing Building Surveying team of a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Liverpool.

The Graduate Building Surveyor role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working on condition surveys, dilapidations, and party wall surveys within the commercial, education and housing sectors.

Projects:

• Refurbishments
• Extensions
• New builds

Ranging from £1M - £10M.

The Graduate Building Surveyor

The Graduate Building Surveyor should have a Building Surveying Degree, ideally RICS accredited.

The successful individual will ideally be keen to complete their APC and want to develop their Building Surveying career and progress through the company.

This role is heavily project based with project managing and monitoring so an interest in working on a variety of large-scale projects will be beneficial.
