Location

This Graduate Building Surveyor position is located in a newly refurbished office, in the bustling area of Clapham, situated close-by a multitude of restaurants, shops and tube stations.

Company

As the new Gradute Building Surveyor, you'll be joining a progressive Chartered Surveying practice, with a diverse and close knit team of 10 other Surveyors.

Role and responsibilites

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with a mix of retail, industrial, office, and commercial clients, providing a full spectrum of building surveying services. This position offers a blend of project and professional-focused work, ensuring a well-rounded experience for APC progression.

Person specification

• BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying (Ideally or RICS accredited degree)
• Dedicated and self motivated attitude toward self progression
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
