Graduate Building Surveyor

A dynamic Building Surveying practice in Marylebone is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to become an essential member of their team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

The chosen Graduate Building Surveyor will join a diverse team of 12 specialists offers a wide range of traditional building surveying services, spanning from professional dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM's), and party walls on private commercial properties to contract administration and project management on public residential projects.

With a team comprised of highly skilled professionals, the Graduate Building Surveyor will benefit from working closely with one of the directors, who has an extensive background as an APC assessor and chairman. This direct mentorship provides an unparalleled learning environment, aimed at fostering the some of the business's next Director's.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

• An RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
• A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
• Ambitious and dedicated attitude.
