An award-winning commercial property consultancy providing national coverage is seeking a motivated Facilities Health and Safety Manager to join their expanding East Midlands team.

The Facilities Health and Safety Manager Role

The Facilities Health and Safety Manager will join a property asset team managing 1700 properties across the country, continuously winning promising contracts year by year, ensuring stable work. Being one of the most well-respected commercial property consultancies in the East and West Midlands.

The successful Facilities Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing contractual work, conducting risk assessments, inspecting properties, liaising with tenants, handling tenders, covering compliance, and overall general management.

Other duties include:

  • Covering and traveling to properties located from Northern London to Newcastle.
  • Identifying and removing or reducing hazards or risks.
  • Applying safety measures and procedures.
  • Informing staff of new procedures.

The Facilities Health and Safety Manager

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is favoured.
  • Experience working within the commercial property sector (open to other sectors).
  • Must have a driving license and own vehicle.
  • Eager for progression.
