Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on estimating and surveying duties for high-end residential projects, ensuring all financial aspects are managed effectively.
• Work closely with the project management team to develop detailed project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and contractual reviews to guarantee that all estimations align with technical and luxury standards.
• Engage in tender preparation, submission, and negotiations, showcasing your adeptness at securing profitable projects.
• Uphold the company's reputation for excellence by ensuring that all costings and estimations reflect the high-end nature of our builds.

The Estimator/Surveyor:

• Proven experience as an Estimator/Surveyor within the high-end residential sector is essential.
• A track record of working on luxury property projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique requirements and standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide accurate cost estimations and manage project finances efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
