Estimator

Our client, a renowned contractor known for creating award-winning high-end residential homes, is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Cobham office. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury residential projects. My client will be accepting applications from both Mid-Level, all the way up to Senior Estimators for this postition

Role Purpose: The Estimator will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
• Attend client meetings, providing expertise and advice on cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and pricing fluctuations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the high-end residential sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A background in construction or a related field is preferred.
• A full driving license is essential for this role.
