A diligent and experienced Director is now needed to join a well established and growing team, based in their London head office.

The Director of Building Surveying's role

This is a well-known construction consultancy, with offices nationwide and 150 staff across the country of multiple disciplines. Servicing exciting clients on schemes across the UK, valuing from £100k- £4m.

As the new Director of Building Surveying, you will take on a team of 5, with the look to make new hires and grow the team and identify new areas of business. This team carries out the full range of traditional Building Surveying, including dilapidations, party wall, surveys, contract administration and defect diagnosis for the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

The Director of Building Surveying will have?

• MRICS accreditation
• Demonstratable and proven ability to win and retain business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good management skills
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
• Clear Building Surveying/market knowledge
• Ability to create new relationships and build on already existing ones
• Strong IT ability
• Professional and project service line experience
