The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be a key contributor to the success of the consultancy. Collaborating closely with senior project managers and directors, you will play a vital role in securing and delivering projects to the highest standards. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of project sizes, offering a rich and diverse professional experience.

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Involvement in managing a range of project sizes within the Residential and Education sectors.
• Collaborating effectively with a well-established team of professionals, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
• Contributing to securing new projects and ensuring their successful delivery, demonstrating both leadership and teamwork skills.
• Balancing the need for teamwork with the capability to work independently on projects, showcasing versatility and autonomy.

The Construction Project Manager

• Ideally chartered or working towards chartered status, although this is not an essential requirement.
• A team player who is also capable of working independently, demonstrating both collaborative and autonomous work skills.
• Must have prior consultancy experience, showcasing a background in managing projects within a consultancy setting.
• Possessing a degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent qualification, providing a solid foundation in project management principles.
