A dedicated and independent Property Consultancy Practice in Cardiff is in search of a knowledgeable and self-assured Construction Project Manager.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage upscale development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse workload, focusing on upscale development projects typically valued up to £30 million, with potential involvement in larger scale projects. This role demands a meticulous and quality-focused approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing maintenance contract specification and procurement processes.
• Conducting comprehensive audits, monitoring, and planned maintenance reviews.
• Ensuring the highest standards are upheld from project inception to completion.
• Leading projects with a meticulous and quality-focused approach.

The Construction Project Manager

• Possesses an MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent.
• Has at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience within a Consultancy role.
• Is working towards or already holds a RICS chartership.
• Holds a full driving license, essential for site visits and client meetings.
• Demonstrates the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
